They have known as JayRaj Films Entertainment, Black Rose Entertainment World, Jayraj Music, and Jayraj Studios, respectively. Registered with Indian Motion Pictures Association as a producer with his banner Jayraj Films Entertainment (Membership No.21455), He is a businessman who oversees the creative and financial aspects of producing movies and music. He is absolutely responsible for finding and developing talent giving opportunities to them, securing financing, managing budgets, and overseeing the production process. He plays a critical role in the entertainment industry, bringing stories to life through the combination of sound, visuals, and narrative. so he has started dozens of projects under his banner, and as well all set to launch an OTT platform of his own i.e. Surya Talkies.

A graduate of electrical engineering, he did his post-graduation in Mass Communications & also worked as a journalist as he has a zeal for writing and used to write features for newspapers likeLoksatta, Maharashtra Times, Sakal, and so on.
